Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping/Deliveries

A tracking is ID sent to you in an email from Auspost [AU orders] or DHL [NZ orders]. You can follow the link in that email onto their site, enter the tracking ID and check where your order is.

Signing for deliveries:

Deliveries must be signed for, however you may nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). We recommend voluntary insurance on any items that are to be left unattended. If you're not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Postage & handling charges:

LuxuryCases.com.au is happy to offer free delivery on all domestic orders. Delivery times vary between 3-14 days depending on where you live in Australia. For our NZ customers we love you but we have to travel a little futher and delivery fees are $7.95

Changing shipping address:

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at sales@luxurycases.com.au

International shipping:

We currently ship only within Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping to military addresses and PO boxes is also possible.
