If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, please contact the Customer Service Team at (sales @ Luxurycases.com.au) and specify the new product you want. To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well. All items must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratches or dirt due to use. We advise that when trying on your new case for the first time, take care when putting it on and removing it.
